The Bench Group (Suyen Corporation) will leverage its proven track record of operating more than 1,400 stores and its industry-leading infrastructure—including extensive logistics hubs, cold-chain systems, and central kitchens—to accelerate store development across the Philippines. Meanwhile, T-NEXT will utilize its refined expertise in brand strategy, product development, and marketing, cultivated over many years, to lead brand localization efforts and establish a strong, enduring market position.
