Tomita group representative Osamu Tomita
A disciple of Yamagishi Kazuo, the founder of Higashi Ikebukuro Taishoken, who is called the god of ramen. Additionally, he collaborated on product development with Michelin Guide-listed ramen shop "Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta" and one of Japan's leading ramen shops, "Ramen Iida Shoten."
